LICHT.24 – Interactive concert performance

Interactive concert performance for soprano, piano, electronic music, light and tracked audience

LICHT.24 invites the audience to a performance between musical intensity and digital border-crossing: Visitors are tracked individually, can move freely through the space with the performers and explore their own light field. In this way, they become actors in a setting in which they themselves direct the play with light and sound. Or does it just seem that way? Increasingly, they find themselves caught between the self-determined, playful experience of personal spaces and the growing feeling of being at the mercy of digitalisation.

The interactive concert performance was developed during a residency at Schloss Wiepersdorf in autumn 2022.
