Tabea Lamberti, born in 1993, is a literary scholar. After studying at the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg, she completed her university education with three degrees (Bavarian State Examination for Teaching at Grammar Schools / Bachelor / Master; German Studies / Art History / History). She then worked as a gallery manager in an art gallery in Leipzig. Since October 2021, she has been a fellow of the DFG Research Training Group Model Romanticism in Jena and is writing her dissertation on Christa Wolf's reception of Romanticism.

During her studies, she was head of the student journal Rezensöhnchen and co-editor of the literary anthology fortississimo. Bamberg edition of young texts. In 2020, her thesis was awarded the Gendersonder Prize for female students with outstanding achievements by the Otto Friedrich University of Bamberg. Since 2022 she has been a member of #breiterkanon | Kanondiskussionen in Literaturwissenschaft, Feuilleton und auf dem Buchmarkt (led by PD Dr Martina Wernli).

As part of her dissertation, she is examining poetological and aesthetic questions of female authorship in both Romanticism and the GDR. Her research interests also include gender/queer studies, (post-migrant) contemporary literature and autosociobiographical writing.
