On 25 August, 3:00 p.m., the doors will be opened and the public will be given an insight into the work of the current fellowship holders at Schloss Wiepersdorf. There will also be a diverse program during the day.
The museum and the café in the Orangery will open at 1:00 p.m. as usual.
The program includes the following contributions:
3:00 p.m.
Manami Nagahari (composer, performer) will present a performance entitled "Eat an Apple and the Bell will Toll At Wiepersdorf" in the outdoor area.
3:10 p.m.
Dilek Mayatürk-Yücel(writer) will read from her literary work in German and Turkish on the castle terrace.
3:30 p.m.
Shira Miron (literary scholar) presents an introduction to the search for the origins of language in the 18th century. This will take place in the museum.
3:45 p.m.
"Alphabet Cantata" will be performed, a composition by Udi Perlman. The concert will take place in the museum.
4:00 p.m.
Anna Arkushyna (composer, musician) presents the pieces "Imagine" (for electric guitar and playback) and "Niemand jeder" (electronica) in the Tankhalle.
4:30 p.m.
In the Atelierhaus, the fine arts fellows will be showing examples of their work:
Fides Becker, Ewa Finn, Zora Janković, Klaus Jörres and Bahzad Sulaiman.
An Artist Talk with the artists and the curators Christoph Tannert and Mark Gisbourne will start at 4:30 p.m.
